Are quotes final or can the price change?

Quotes can come in three forms:

  • Estimate – a visit is needed before a fixed price can be confirmed
  • Hourly – the rate is fixed, but the final charge depends on how long the job takes. We’ll give you an estimated range upfront, and the professional will always check with us and/or get your approval before continuing if more time is needed
  • Fixed quote – the price will not change

We will always make it clear which type of quote you’re receiving, and you’ll know what to expect before any extra costs are agreed, so there are no surprises.
