Will my contact details be shared with the Service Providers?

No. One of the key benefits of using Hey Alfie is that Alfie acts as your single point of contact. Alfie sources and manages the service providers on your behalf, just like if you had your own personal house manager. So you don’t have to deal with multiple calls, emails, or follow-ups from different service providers. 

Alfie only uses your postcode and job details to find the right providers and gather quotes. Your personal details – such as your full name, full address, phone number, or email – are never shared with service providers.
